Drawing on 21 years of law enforcement experience — including 7 years in a Divisional Protective Services Unit — we understand precisely how prosecution digital evidence is constructed, and where it can fail. We identify methodological errors, challenge assumptions, and prepare a detailed expert report suitable for use in criminal proceedings.
How the Process Works

Defence solicitor instructs Digital Forensics Review, providing details of the case and the digital evidence in question.
2. Evidence Reviewed
A thorough independent examination of the prosecution's digital evidence is carried out, assessing acquisition methodology, analytical integrity, and interpretive accuracy.
3. Expert Report Prepared
A detailed, court-ready expert report is prepared, setting out findings, identifying weaknesses in the prosecution evidence, and providing an independent expert opinion.
4. Report Delivered
The completed expert report is delivered to the instructing defence team, ready for use in criminal proceedings.
